Allowin was built for the people who book corporate events and have run out of time to chase venues. We do that part for you, and we do it for nothing.
Our approach
We know the rooms because we have been in them.
The team behind Allowin spent years on the inside of corporate events. We watched bookers spend twenty hours chasing venues that did not fit, and watched venues lose business because the right enquiry never reached them.
So we built a small, curated list. Every venue has been personally visited. Every relationship is direct. When a brief comes in, the search has effectively already been done.
The result is a venue finding service that costs nothing, moves fast and points you only at rooms that actually suit the event.
How we work
Four house rules.
We visit every venue
If a room is on our list, someone on the team has walked it. We know the lift sizes, the kitchen pass and the bit the photos do not show.
We charge the venue, not you
Our commission comes from the venue's standard rate. There is no markup on your bill and no retainer.
We stay quiet
Some of the best venues do not want to be on Google. We respect that. So do our clients.
We answer fast
Same-day shortlists for most enquiries. A real person on the other end of the email.
